Health and body data
If you give us health data (injuries, medication, body composition and similar) in the registration, the intake or your program, this is special-category data (Art. 9 GDPR). We process it only with your explicit consent, to prepare and adjust your plan, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by e-mail.
How long we keep data
- Enquiries: until answered, then up to 12 months.
- Customer account and program data: while your account exists and up to 12 months after your last order; you can ask us to delete your account at any time.
- Health and body data: until your coaching ends or you withdraw your consent, then deleted.
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as required by Portuguese tax and commercial law.
Who receives data
Web hosting and e-mail: ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Germany, EU). Payments by bank transfer or Bizum are handled by your bank; we only see the payment in our own bank account. If you write to us on WhatsApp, Meta (WhatsApp) processes the messages under its own terms, which may involve transfers outside the EU under the usual safeguards. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and to withdraw consent at any time: write to ts [at] 12weekstobeast [dot] coach. You can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt), or to the authority of your country. There is no automated decision-making.
