1. Provider and services
The services are provided by 12WTB (12 Weeks to Beast), Rua da Nossa Senhora de Lourdes 261, Mendeira, Cernache do Bonjardim, 6100-291 Sertã, Portugal. They are training and nutrition coaching programs: Online Essential, Online Full, personal coaching on location (1:1) and the friend pack for two people. 2. Prices
All prices are in euro and are final prices. No VAT is charged (VAT exempt, article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code – CIVA). Online programs are paid monthly or 3 months in advance with a 10 % discount.
3. Ordering and payment
You choose a program and options, enter your details and pay by bank transfer or by Bizum (Bizum works with Spanish bank accounts only). The payment details are shown at checkout and sent by e-mail. Your program starts when we have received the payment. You receive your invoice for each payment.
4. Duration and renewal
Each period (one month, or three months for the 3-month option) is paid in advance. Programs are not renewed automatically: to continue, you pay the next period. You can stop at any time simply by not paying the next period; a period already paid is not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal below.
5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason (Decree-Law 24/2014). To do so, send us a clear statement by e-mail to ts [at] 12weekstobeast [dot] coach (you can use the model form below). If you ask us to start the service within the 14 days and then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for what has already been provided until you told us. The right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed, if you asked us to start and confirmed that you lose the right in that case. We refund payments within 14 days using the same payment method.
6. In-person sessions
Sessions on location take place at the place and time agreed with your coach. You can move a session up to 24 hours before it starts; later changes may count as a session held.
7. Your duties
You give truthful information, tell us about injuries or health problems and follow the instructions. If in doubt, speak to your doctor before you start. Results depend on your consistency; no specific result is guaranteed.
8. Liability
The statutory rights of consumers apply. We are not liable for injuries caused by not following the instructions or by withholding health information.

10. Complaints and applicable law
Write to us at ts [at] 12weekstobeast [dot] coach. You can also use the electronic complaints book (www.livroreclamacoes.pt) and the consumer dispute resolution bodies listed at www.consumidor.gov.pt. Portuguese law applies; as a consumer in another country you keep the mandatory protection of your country of residence.
